I have the garlic beef stew with butternut squash from Everyday Paleo in the crock pot. I will probably make some rice or potatoes for the kids and husband who needs to gain weight as well as something green.

Don't know yet. I alreaedy had 3 green-yellow bananas and don't feel very hungry. I might skip dinner fi hunger does not strike. I will prepare some rice for tomorrow though, and thaw some halibut or herring over night.
I just threw together some things from the fridge that needed to be used up and it was DELICIOUS. Ground beef, onion, garlic, cremini mushrooms, sweet potato and swiss chard, sauteed everything in one pan, then added Thai red curry paste and coconut milk. OMG, wanted to eat it all in one sitting.
I haven't a clue. I'm currently defrosting pork chops and squid, so either or both seem to be in the cards.
