Grassfed 100% beef hotdogs with mustard & organic ketchup (no hfcs) on top. No buns necessary. Haagen Dazs sorbet (just sugar, fruit, and lemon extract) for dessert.

We had a slightly modified Midwest feast. I am the only primal eater, but I also did most of the shopping. Beef fillet (for the birthday people and everyone else because they were huge) and pork ribs from US Wellness (my first taste of either; I'm hooked), BBQ sauce from a local farm, roast pumpkin and red onion from another local farm, baked beans, green beans, and deviled eggs (all family traditions), salad with some of the roasted onions and candied pecans, biscuits for those that wanted them (they were red lobster copycats and didn't get near the reviews as my pork hehe), and vanilla or chocolate gelato for dessert.

I have some mushrooms that need to be used fairly soon, so a couple of grass fed burgers topped with mushrooms sauteed in butter. Might chop some tomatoes on to them also. If I end up in the mood for "burger and a shake," I'll blend up a protein shake with an egg yolk and extra cocoa powder to go along side of it.
