No idea for tonight, so I'll scroll through this post and perhaps it'll give me inspiration.
Needing some accountability, so here's my stats:
    34yrs old, 5'5"
    CW: 163lbs (07/2014)
    GW: 135lbs or less
Eating mainly paleo, but including a bit of white rice (don't call the Paleo Police!)

    It is ... sounds good.

I don't work out, but do engage in strong catabolic activity: fencing. After such activity, I like some whey mixed with goat milk and sheep yoghurt. Sort of a more "natural" protein drink. I often eat a boiled egg, or two, as well with a good scrape out of the tub of coconut oil.

I have to say, I often like a slug of red wine before sleep in such occasions. I'm not sure why, but I feel really great after. Maybe it's vascular.

Lovely job! I love Cavolo Nero. Love lamb offals, too, kidney or liver ... or heart. Game and offals - yum!

^ Awesome. I love a good pig roast. I'm was considering buying one of these Durable La Caja China Pig Roast Boxes | Aluminum Lined Model #2 for Roasting Pigs, but I don't have enough other people around on a regular enough basis to eat all that food.

Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

    Faggots!

We're having Faggots. It's a Brit thing - balls of meat and offal in a good gravy. Veggies alongside. Can't wait!
Confession: I bought 'em (Brains brand) ... and they've got wheat flour in them. Pffff! So I get a B grade ... I'm going to really enjoy them as a treat and not worry about my primal score.

This is what 80/20 is for
