Got a three pound grass fed bone in roast... Its in my slow cooker bathing in a homemade marinara produced with garden (yes mine) fresh tomatoes and some red potatoes. Veggies? I don't need no stinking veggies! Seriously, I'm gonna destroy this thing when its done.

I have been doing the primal approach for only one week, after being a vegetarian for more than 15 years and I must say that meal was on of the most satisfying I've had in years.

Oohh, I'm planning on having a big dinner, considering it's the only time I eat now. I'm thinking lots of bacon, several eggs, an avocado, some greens...can't wait.

Chilli Con Carne ... my regular recipe* with manioc tortilla, guac, Greek yoghurt and a cachumbar.
* 1lb minced beef, one onions, garlic, ginger, chilli ... blended and added to the mince, now frying off in lard or goose fat. In with a carton of chopped toms, then empty the cupboards: ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, cocoa powder, oregano, marjoram, chicken stock and beef stock. Later, fresh chillies.

So yeah. Excellent. We used our left over roast beef for the meat. I didn't see these pics till after. I was simply instructed to layer plantains on bottom, then meat, then pico, then sauce. So mine looke like one of those only the size of an entire plate
