I just wanted to get back into sprinting and it really helps to race somebody. Anybody in the Snohomish or Monroe area want to meet for sprints every other weekend, or maybe every weekend (without me every other time, lol! I work a weird shift!)? I don't know anything, I just like to run fast. No bro-science, no preaching, just fun outside.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Lots of PNW people around, just mostly in Seattle. It would be a stupid long drive just to sprint for 15 minutes. I was fishing for locals.
