Sending you positive thoughts for tomorrow!

I don't know if this will help, but my go=to comfort foods lately are frozen bananas and rainer cherries. Maybe try some fruit?

I feel a bit better for spilling the beans and getting it off my chest. what is it about bread that torments me so when I'm low. I'm like a junkie Jonesing tonight.
When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
    27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'

Do you do caffeine? Maybe an iced tea or iced coffee drink with some cream will help?

That sounds like bad school cafeteria food to me. Now take all that cheesiness and melt it in some scrambled eggs, and I'm there.

This thread is making me hungry.

Yeah, we all have out different ideas about what is "comfort food". Patterns probably from childhood.
