Awesome results!! I have been doing a sort of egg diet now for quite a while. Not because I was wanting to do an egg diet, but because I love eggs!! I have bacon with them when I eat them.
At work I have been eating a taco salad of sorts - lettuce, olives, home made taco meat, salsa...sometimes a sprinkle of cheese and sour cream.
Breakfast and dinner have been eggs/bacon and I am losing weight steadily.
Tried the potato diet for 1 1/2 days and I got light headed and weak. Not for me. I missed my eggs.
Thinking next week I will eat just eggs/bacon and an apple for the week and see how it goes. Sounds interesting.
Personally I don't have a problem eating the same thing over and over. I have done it all my life. I find something I like, and is easy to make and I will remake it for months. I like the ease and pattern. A bit of a mental thing.
