What one food makes you feel the best?

What single food makes you feel just...fucking awesome?? For me, it's sushi. And by "sushi", I mean raw fish with some seaweed, fresh wasabi, and sometimes rice. Either the sashimi or the rice, either way works, as long as it's raw. I get a huge energy burst and just feel amazing. The only other food that even comes close to making me feel this good is grass-fed beef, but it's pretty much got nothin' on sushi. So what about you guys?

Coffee by far. It's not a food, but who cares, nothing else comes close.

Chocolate...definitely non-primal but it is worth it. Nothing can satisfy the craving for chocolate...except chocolate!

    I second Derp's statement.

    Also, ice cream.

    A really good coffee.

But in terms of food, yoghurt and banana.

I second the OP on the sashimi. On the side of a sashimi dinner I like to have a bowl of fresh salmon roe. It's like all the fun of popping bubble wrap but it's oily, fishy, eggy bubble wrap that pops in your mouth. Yummmm.

Oh I do love the sashimi and salmon roe! Only thing is, hard to find sushi/sashimi without the rice, and rice does not make me feel great. At all.

I have an Asian fish market so I make my own. I agree about the rice.

Definitely sushi. Love love it. My favorite way to have it is down in San Francisco with my friend Joseph. Shi shi city place with fig cosmos. So good.
