My superfoods are:
scrambled eggs and bacon with some kimchi
Lamb with greek yogurt
Blueberries with greek yogurt and local vanilla infused honey
Eggs, boiled with home made aioli
coffee with heavy cream
I laugh my ass off at the fact that food so decadent makes me feel great.

What's important about "superfoods" to you?
Foods that make me feel noticeably good right after eating them:
liver; mostly chicken livers
Foods that make me feel good about treating myself well and are delicious:
burgers, meat loaf, meat balls, stews from any grass-fed/pastured animal (I like eating out of bowls)
seafood and shellfish (and salmon, salmon, salmon)
grapefruit and berries
Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.
