    Firm resolve, perseverance, and accountability

    I want to post daily goals and end of the day check in. Feel free to do the same,:

    Today's goals
    1. Log all food on. My fitness pal
    2. 30 min. Cardio
    3. Strength session
    4 keep carbs under 150 g
    5 no standing and eating in kitchen

    Update
    1. Log all food on. My fitness pal...100% complete
    2. 30 min. Cardio 100 percent complete
    3. Strength session...a little cut short- 80%
    4 keep carbs under 150 g...yep...117g
    5 no standing and eating in kitchen
    Your goals? Mostly. Busy day...hard to sit...85 %

    Tomorrow big family party. I will pray on what is realistic for goals

    2. Cardio: 75 min.
    3. Strength: 30 sets
    4. Keep carbs <125 g.
    5. Eat only food prepared for me, not off other's plates

    My goal: Go outside tomorrow.

    Most of today was indoors, and on the whole I was pretty happy with that. It's freezing out, but surely I can do SOMEthing.

    That reminds me of another goal I've been putting off: Plant my apple tree. Let's see if I can kill two birds with one stone tomorrow. Good night

    Last week, I wore heat rate monitor and mixed jogging and squatting with pulling a whole mess of weeds
