I have done nothing but graze all day, so tomorrow's goals:

    Only primal foods.

    Only four meals.

    Today’s goals
    1. Log all food on my fitness pal
    2. No eating and standing in kitchen (have a bday party, but will take plate somewhere else)
    3. Do my food/feelings log here
    4. No gum…keeps me thinking I need to chew

    1) Yes - Veges, meat, fruit, eggs, a little cheese and sour cream. In some pretty tasty combinations actually
    2) Even better - only three feeding times today.

    Congrats on your goals!
The ridiculous, hilarious, sometimes infuriating and frustrating journal of one woman trying to feed a family caveman style.

My goals were the same and I hit them again. Only primal foods - yes. No more than four meals - yes. In fact just milk (fresh, raw ... yummy), lunch, very small snack, large dinner. Feeling much better back on strict primal
