    Today's Goals:
    1. Log all food on MFP (my fitness pal.com)
    2. Cardio: 30-45 min
    3. Strength: not today. Huge day...family death arrangements
    4. Keep carbs <125 g.
    5. Eat only food prepared for me, not off other's plates
    6. Stay focused on helping others through this hard time

    Well, today didn't go as planned. I ended up having greater commitments with a family wake arrangements that I expected. Stress leads me to munch...ugh! And no time for exercise

    But...here's the update:

    Today's Goals:
    1. Log all food on MFP (my fitness pal.com) 100% :thumbup:
    2. Cardio: 30-45 min. 0% :thumbdown:
    3. Strength...none planned
    4. Keep carbs <125 g....143 g.
    5. Eat only food prepared for me, not off other's plates 100%

    Well I didn't start out with a particular goal but right now I am making a primal brownie for visitors due this afternoon.

    3. Strength: participate with one of my clients...I'm a Personal trainer and if one person in a group session isn't able to make it, I will be the other person to allow the client who shows up to get the "group" rate

    4. Keep carbs <125 g.

    5. Eat only food prepared for me, not off other's plates

    6. No sneak eating

    Update from yesterday
    1. Log all food on MFP (my fitness pal.com)....100 :-)%

    2. Cardio: 30 min. 100%

    6. No sneak eating...what a day! Funeral that left me sad, wiped abd after working at night, I found comfort in peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. logged it, but it is what it is

    Today's goals are much more realistic. I've got to have a "be kind to me" day. I had made so much progress and feeling great living primal....have to get back to those concepts:

    1. Allow myself to have slower pace today (not be productive every minute)

    2. Bed by 8:30 pm. I wake at 4 am

    3. Log food.

    4. Stay primal with food choices.

    Truly that's all I have in me today
