OMG I listen to podcast all the time. LOL...I like listening to it when I'm cleaning.
Here are the ones I listen to.
robb wolf, ben greenfield, the fat burning man, paleo lifestyle and fitness podcast with sarah fragoso and Jason seib, smarter science of slim and the road to ripped. I have other ones I listen to but those are the main ones I don't miss.
Robb Wolf, and Balanced Bites. Very worthy of long walks, commutes to work, and long car trips. Underground Wellness has a lot of great stuff too.

The Survival Podcast
Not diet related, but this is a podcast of true life stories: Home | This American Life
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
