    Girls Food...?

    Hi!

    Im new and exited about Primal Blueprint!

    I was wondering how much food a girl is suppose to eat during the day. Especially how much meat? I'm 5.1, and petit, but still trying to lose a little extra weight

    Any advise?

    0.7-1.0g of protein per lb of lean body mass. Its in the book

    There are countless websites you can use to calculate your recommended calorie intake to maintain weight. Subtract about 500 calories from whatever that is, depending on what you want to achieve.

    That doesn't mean you can't eat more than this, as long as you're eating quality food. Honestly though, the barest amount of reading up on the matter and you won't have to ask this question

    Well, if my niece is to be believed, girls' food is tostinos pizza rolls.
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    Starting squat: 45lbs. Current squat: 170 x 3. Current Deadlift: 220 x 3
