Ok folks, lay it on me, why aren't I losing weight?
I'm taking a deep breath in and asking for some help (and compassion). I've been primal / paleo for a few months now, and I do crossfit 3-6 times a week.
After having a bitch about not counting calories I've even started doing that. Generally aim for 1200-1500 calories per day, and less than 100 grams of carbs. Other than one day about a month ago I meet those goals.
My weight yo yo's about 4lbs but doesn't seem to get lower than that.
And I'm definitely not at a healthy weight at 230lbs for 5'7.
Any suggestions? Ideas? Commiserations?
Starting waist measurement: 36". Current 35". First Goal 33".
Starting backsquat: 50lbs. Current squat: 132lbs.
