Nothing tonight, but just finished putting a marinade over a leg of lamb that will chill till tomorrow when it will be hitting the slow smoker with some chunks of apple wood from my tree (cut about 8 months ago so aged).

BBQ'd steak, sliced sweet potato slathered with butter and salt,
wrapped up in foil, and the same thing done to a decapicated
head of garlic, to spread all over the steak when everything is done.

Everything on the bbq at once.

    can't.wait.

Decapitated heads of garlic are awesome.... I could spread that stuff on anything and make it better.

    We had:

Crock Pot pork chops with onions and apple sauce
Mashed potatoes made with grass-fed butter and goat's milk
    Carrot salad
    String beans

The pork was a nice change from beef 87 million days in a row.
