Unhappy womens advice in particular needed

    Primal Fuel
I've now lost around 80lb and don't have much more to go. I'm aiming at around 130- 140lb; i'm 5'8.5" . legs, bum, tummy are all looking pretty good, arms shoulders and back are getting there-quite quickly actually and I'm generally looking pretty slim.
But my boobs have hardly changed; 38f presently on the last hook (was on the first) but no space in the cups at all.
To be honest I think I look ridiculous with these! I was looking at that Barbie thread earlier and its really depressed me. I don't want to look like that
are the boobs eventually going to go smaller-and can I do anything to target that area to quicken it up?
Any advice gratefully received - I really don't want to look like some 50 year old porno freak who has had a boob job!

When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
    27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'

    Hey

Can't help but I don't seem to loose off mine much either - they're not that big (D or DD). I'm just starting on the Primal journey so it's too early for me to make suggestions, but will be keen to see what others say.

    PG!

I don't think anyone can say for sure. It all depends on how your body prefers to store fat.
I'd imagine they'd eventually get smaller though, as the rest of the weight comes off. I don't think you can target them, since you can't target areas for fat burn.
If you don't mind me asking, how much more weight do you have to go?

They may shrink a bit as you lose your last few pounds. And depending how long you have been Primal (and focusing on a nutrient-dense diet) your hormones may balance out even more given enough time and that could help.

Remember that fat tissue is a great source of estrogen, so you may be glad to have the "ladies" post-menopausally.

I'm 157 now, I'd set my target at 140 but I think 130 is achievable so 27lbs need to go.

I think if you lose 27 more lbs, you should definitely see some reduction in breast size, especially since you said everything else has already slimmed down.
I forgot to say: amaaazing job on losing 80lbs, by the way.

If you go that route you won't look like a porn freak Usually it's implants that give you that hard, bolted-on boob look. Reductions and/or lifts have a much nicer, more natural appearance. If it would make you happy and you can afford it, keep it in the back of your mind for when you're done. I have two relatives who have had reductions (both in their 50s) and both are over the moon about it for so many reasons.

I have no idea if your breasts are ever going to get smaller. I didn't expect mine to and they did so anything is possible.

Try swimming, particulary front kroll and breast stroke. While it is true that it is impossible to predict the fat distribution, stimulating blood flow to the area, and continous resistance may help. Plus, you will not have to restrict or jiggle/stretch as with the rest of cardio.
