Animals exposed to the smell of starchy foods failed to benefit from calorie restriction. Thinking about sweet candy may well screw up the blood. I know nothing. Just that this precedent exists in other studies.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
ah pop, my long buried friend... or so I hope. For the past 15 years I was drinking diet pepsi like it was going out of style, about 3 to 5 cans a day or 2 /3 personal bottles. I tried to quit it several times and always went back. Don't care for regular pepsi or coke at all though. Just the diet stuff.
