    Where do Kiwi fruit rank?

    Primal Fuel
    Where does Kiwi fruit rank, as far as sugars, etc compared to apples and bananas and other fruits? I've had one each the last two days, and they were delicious...yes, first time I've had them!

    But don't want to overdo the sugars either.

    I like to eat nine or ten on a real carby day. It's just an overgrown berry. Nothing to fear as far as I know.

    Oh, just chop them into halves, then quarters length-wise (like a plus sign from the top, hitting the stem button first) and bite out the soft part leaving the peel. SO much easier then trying to peel them!

    Kiwi fruit are very nutritious. If you're thinking in terms of health, eat as many as you want. If you have a specific aim (like staying in ketosis, etc.) you may have to limit them. But if that's not the case don't worry at all about the sugars in kiwi, lol. And they have more to offer nutrient wise than a number of other fruits, including the apples and bananas you listed.

    No need to peel them. Just eat all of them except the top and tail.

    Uh... That sounds more like pesticides than the fruit itself...
    Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

    Sounds like you could be developing an allergy. Be careful, hopefully its just something in or on the skin.
