I'm just curious as to which of these is better from a nutritional perspective.
Am I right in thinking that sour cream and creme fraiche have beneficial bacteria? In which case, are they better sources than say, a raw goat milk or goat yogurt? What about whey?
I'm trying to eat more probiotic food, so was just wondering on best sources.
