Fillet Steak ... or breakfast ...

    Primal Fuel
    ... because I can.

Spinach, tomato and caper salad, fillet steak and lamb liver over, couple of chips and a good blob of leftover guac alongside.

    What a breakfast!

I've drooled on my just-cleaned keyboard. Damn, you eat well.

    Haha! Thanks ... a bit of a one-off.

I found that piece of fillet steak at the supermarket for a massive knock-down price (6 down to under 2) and the liver is like 75p for 400g. In the UK, we "death date" food which means the supermarket cannot sell it after it's "best before" date, so massively discount food that is on the day. Needless to say, I simply scoop up everything that is cheap - it's got days more life in it yet, so to speak. Even when it smells, just trim the outsides off and sear the rest.
