Has anyone completed simplefit? If so what have you gone onto, the intermediate workouts, back to weights etc?

Yes, I followed it through to the end. Then switched up and went to a 6 day split body building routine. I enjoyed it, but got a bit bored, I will probably cycle back through it again at some point. I may actually try it with some added weights during the squats and pullups next time.
