zucchini chips help!
Could someone tell me how the hell to make zucchini chips?? mine always come out burned and rubbery at the same time...
What are you doing? It sounds like you might be cooking them at too high a temperature.
I guess I am. I cooked them at 400 F. I have seen recipes with high temps and low temps. I guess 400 is too high.

That's in the oven, right? It is common for oven thermostats to be off by 100°F. You could get an oven thermometer, as experienced bakers do, or just turn it down by 50°F and see what happens.
You're cooking them too long and not paying attention, lol!
Cut them thinly, coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper and than bake at 400 for 30 minutes or broil for 10!
