I throw away the whites and eat the yolks, straight or in salad.

I cook them in a microwave egg boiler while I'm dressing in the morning.
Let them cool slightly, peel and put 2 in small Tupperware or zip bag, a few drops of avocado or walnut oil,
sea salt and org black pepper, roll around, toss in my tennis bag and off I go.
    They are a perfect food~

Didn't know sense came into the equation. You'd be amazed what can go into an omelette when drunk or sleep deprived upwards of 72 hours.

Hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, almond butter, blue cheese, avocado, bacon, sausage, ground beef, butter chicken, cream cheese with a dollop of butter on top. Making use of leftovers can be fun!

I use cocktail sauce or hot sauce.

For a bit of fun, you can dye them ...

One great natural dye is beetroot.

Try the scotch egg recipe mark put up just two days ago. I made it, it was delicious.

I like to slice them up, throw a few dashes of hot sauce over and top with some minced green onions. Mashing them up with a bit of mustard is tasty, too.
Egg salad doesn't have to be done with mayo, you could whisk up an oil and vinegar based dressing (if you can, with limited kitchen access and all), seasoned to taste.
When I really want a hard boiled egg, though, I'm super content to just eat it plain with a few generous scrinches of salt...yum
