I'd go with mandatory exercise prior to the workday (1/2 hour paid), and primal meal plans with no outside food allowed.

Really all test are simply downstream markers of lifestyle choice so why not just skip the middle man. That is if you are really interested in making your employees healthier. If your just interested in playing the same old risk management game just give em their test results and wish em luck.

I still vote non-cardiac CRP as a valid lab test for health risk.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    C-RP, yes agreed.
    Glycated Hemoglobin (HgbA(IC)),
Cardiac Risk Factors - a battery of Tests
    Capacity (TIBC)
    25-OH Vitamin D-3
    Creatinine Clearance

Alas, I can think of a lots more, these may not be a good choice.

At the Ancestral Health 2011 & 2 conference a talk was given on a new approach to medical insurance tests and care that is saving a lot of money. It was given by Rob Wolf. He has a web site, you can email or phone him for further information.

Cool. I am working out the black ops 2 muscles right now, but plan on hitting a deadlift and pullup workout in a bit. Might as well. I might break out the kayak this afternoon if the weather holds
