    Sweet potatoees as an everyday food? Even on days of light activity?

    Anyone advise against this? I love sweet potatoes and I'd love to hear thoughts on incorporating them into my every day diet and not just on days when I've lifted or done a lot.

    Try it.

    If you get fat/tired/sugar cravings, it's too much carbohydrate for you.

    If you feel good, carry on.

    You will get tired of them. I used to eat them 4-5 days a week. Now I can't face the thought of eating one. And I loved a sweet potato.

    If they fit into your targets, why not? I think white potatoes are better, but if you like sweet, nothing wrong with them.

    I ate them almost every day will no ill effects (sometimes more than one a day). But then I got sick of eating them everyday. I still eat them, just not every day. I've started eating white potatoes more frequently now. Nice change.

    I eat them about five days a week, no issues. I also eat regular potatoes most days. I don't really care about or count carbs, but typically eat between 100-150g most days. Feel best in this range.

    I want to know how it goes. I'm a carbaphobe. I keep fantasizing about gorging myself on a dozen sweet potatoes. OMG I love sweet potatoes.

    As long as you keep consumption under control, it won't hurt you in the slightest.
