I love sweet potatoes. I usually eat a pound a day with some butter, heavy cream and cinnamon. Delicious.

Same here except for the regular potatoes.

Go for it. I'm not trying to lose weight and feel best with one sweet potato in my stomach per day. Any less than that and I get huge cravings for some carbs.
