    Rehydration Drinks.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
As someone who suffered morning dehydration due to mineral imbalance, I know how important it is to rehydrate with more than just water. Sometimes, water is incomplete and you need a "sports drink".

Here are some drinks I use:

    Lemon-Water:
    500ml water
    3-4tbsp lemon juice
    1-2tbsp lime juice
a pinch of sea salt/iodized salt
    cinnamon

    Spiced cocoa:
    250ml water
    1tsp cocoa powder
1tsp mixed spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger)
    1/2tsp paprika
a pinch of sea salt/iodized salt

    Cold tea:
    500ml water
    1 tea bag of choice
(Pour hot water and leave the teabag in to cool.)
    2tbsp lemon juice

What do you drink when you need complete hydration?

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

I get blunter and more narcissistic by the day.
    I'd apologize, but...

I'm kind of partial to crunching large salt crystals if I feel like I'm low on salt.

Black strap molasses are handy for replacing trace elements, you have to like the taste though and they are a tad sugary.

Here is what I use in my Gym rehydration bottle:
    Water
    Black molasse
    Lime Juice
    Glucose syrup with B-complex
    “Tang” Artificial taste of grapes
    Pinch of salt
Handful of raisins (I eat the raisins when the bottle is empty of fluid)

Postworkout I take two topped tablespoon of brewers yeast and one spoonful of Cocoa powder in the mix, but without the raisins, Tang and lime juice, and the same stuff I sometimes also take pre-workout...

I decided to give up coffee for 30 days as part of a plan to heal my stomach. Water + ginger + ACV + a teensy bit of stevia is really good.

I've had two cups of coffee in 16 days. Normally I would have had 16-24 cups in the same amount of time.

OMG!! I'm not worthy (on knees, bowing in praise). How's your stomach doing so far?
