    Sunday night dinner

    Grilled beef (grass-fed) kabobs with peppers and onions
    Grilled portabella mushrooms
    Grilled asparagus
    Salad of tomatoes, arugula, roasted beets, toasted walnuts, goat cheese and homemade vinaigrette.

    1990 L'Evangile was the wine we opened with it.

    A tasty end to a tough weekend, mostly working, regretfully.

    Sounds like a perfect, amazing dinner. Makes me want to bust out the grill.
