    Ron Rosedale?

And I would imagine Jimmy Moore's podcast archives would have lots of interviews with authors who would interest you.

The only books I bothered reading are the ones written by Phinney and Volek (The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate series).

Was just gonna suggest Volek and Phinney. Primary researchers in this arena.

Also a low carb proponent with ties to traditional eating is "Deep Nutrition" by Catherine Shanahan
Then there is also "Primal Body Primal Mind" by Nora T. Gedgaudas.... whoops thats on your read list already. Might consider a book by Robb Wolf too. I have "Paleo Solution", but he may have more out by now.

If your interested in expanding your knowledge base I'd throw "Body by Science" by Doug Mcguff in there. Its and exercise book, but has plenty of general A and P knowledge sprinkled in. Plus he is a paleo advocate.

Oh, and if you wanna go real primal I'd suggest some book on permaculture (turning your yard into a food forest). I have "Gaia's Garden: A Guide to Home-Scale Permaculture, 2nd Edition ".

Sorry for the couple of tangents there, but I do really like those as adjuncts to a primal lifestyle.

Not a book, but the best blog out there for ketosis, IMO is Peter Attia's Eating Academy.
