omly 2 weeks in? it gets even better![]()
Hi all,
I just picked up Primal Blueprint 2 weeks ago and have been following it diligently since I cracked it open. Part of my reason for changing my lifestyle is to lose weight, and part of course to be healthier, happier and more energetic.
This book is doing it for me in all of those categories.. I feel AWESOME, and have lost 4 pounds already! No other diet has ever made so much sense to me as this one (though I shouldn't say diet, as it IS a lifestyle). Modeling our lifestyles after how we were evolved to do... so simple and so obviously the best thing we can do for ourselves. Why hadn't I thought of this before? BYEBYE conventional wisdom, I no longer have any faith in you.
Thanks to Mark for changing my life.
welcome.
