    Primal Patio Gym

    Wanted to share what I consider a pretty neat little patio gym in Denver.

    Kettlebells: 88, 70, 53, 53, 35
    Pullup/Dip Stand
    Dip belt
    Suspension trainer
    Strongergrip.com Shot loadable sledge w/ Tire
    Ab wheel
    4 x 10 rubber mat

    My dog is a 6 year old female Leonberger

    Interesting.....no response from what some would consider one of the best primal patio gyms ever!!!! If you are in the Denver area hit me up!

    Nice set up. Reminds me that I need to get a stinkin tire. I use the kids' swingset for pull ups and such along with hanging a heavy bag on occasion.
