New cholesterol numbers - year three
This just for fun, because I know the correlation between lipoprotein numbers and heart disease is weak.
Trigs - 60
Total Cholesterol (based on wrong calculation) 318
Actual total (Adding HDL to LDL) 275-ish
Glucose - 83
I have to check when I get home, but these are really close to the report I was handed. If Aldergirl gets to this first I'm sure she'll correct it for me.
The CEU nurses said they'd never seen HDL that high.
Not much change from my last one about ~8 months ago, LDL is up a bit.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
