B: smoothie with 2 eggs, 1/4 cup frozen mangoes, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp flax seed, and 1 cup almond milk
L: stuffed zucchini with mixture of ground beef, carrots, onions, and herbs
S: mixed nuts
D: shredded pork with bbq sauce, homemade coleslaw, pickles, and roasted potatoes
Workout: pullups (to slight burn, then rest a moment and then 5 slow negatives), pushups and dips (pushups to slight burn, rest a moment, then same with dips), deadlifts (a few warmup sets, then 5 heavy (for me) singles with a brief rest in between), dumbbell presses (same protocol as deadlifts), then 30 second sprints with a minute rest x 4

D: bone-in chicken breast w/ roasted carrots & onions and green beans
walked about an hour
