    Peter Attia's Ted Talk is a must-see!

What if we’re wrong about diabetes?

He's talking to doctors/health professionals on TEDMED. There is hope that we can change the system.

His fabulous site/blog is here: The Eating Academy | Peter Attia, M.D. The Eating Academy | Peter Attia, M.D.

What a heartfelt talk!! I love his humility, along with his determination. It's not often I get choked up watching a TEDMED talk, lol

Good talk and a reminder to remain nonjudgemental and compassionate in our daily lives. Also looking forward to some of the science coming from this team in the future. Thanks for linking!

I just finished watching this and came straight to the forums to post the same thing as your title. And here it was already. As an RD with years of counselling experience, this was hard-hitting for me, as I recognize that I do judge others. What a life-altering perspective. Now I'm off to read more about him and his research.

    What does "no homo" mean?

    Is it like this?

Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

Sorry MM, watch the clip so don't know if you were having a laugh or not :-)

It's what insecure straight guys say after they've made a complementary comment about another man's appearence for fear that they may be accused of being gay.
