    Bench Press Foot Position

Hello All! I'm not able to put my feet flat on the ground. Instead I have stacked plates (weights) so that I won't be on my tippy toes. Is that ok?

Are you on a really high bench? I'm 5'4" and have no difficulty placing my feet flat on the ground.

Yes, it's an Olympic (brothers words) bench and not adjustable. Am I ok doing that?

    1. You must have really short legs
    2. Yup. Using plates is fine. Use big ones (I suggest the 35's, since they have no other legitimate use) so they don't slide.

Honestly I have long legs. Not sure why it's like that. We have another bench and I don't have that problem but it doesn't have a place to use a bar for benching. Am I sitting wrong?

U have watched a ton of videos and my brother lift. It feels right, looks right. Maybe my bench is weird.
