Oh my! Giving up tomatoes, chilies and potatoes would be harder than bread or pizza, I reckon! Especially as i grow them all in my garden.
I already take fermented cod liver oil and butter oil, and occasionally magnesium (though I do drink mineral water every day too).
I'm willing to try anything though. So am listening to your advice. What's the relationship between nightshades and muscles or 'stiffening up'?
Is there any literature or books with more info you can advise me to read?
