    you are all freakin masochists

    walking sucks .. hot, sweaty, sore ... heart racing, feel sick and over heated, shaking .... and it was only 1 mile .. and this is meant to feel good ... and help relive stress and be healthy .... I think chewing threw a live extension cord for some DIY elctro shock therapy would feel better.

    but pain is good we must enbrace the pain learn to love the sweat -- we must enbrace our hidden inner masocist inorder to be great.. or some such ... at least thats what I keep reading here

    The disembodied voice of Grok echoing from the distant past .. Oh and my doc, friends, family, people here on MDA, coworkers. – mostly myself.

    Would have been a nice walk for most I guess, co worked enjoyed it, was 1/3 up hill 1/3 down hill with a nice flat at the end temp was 85 but again “most people” seem to like that to.

    I listened because I’m a frakin insane, crazy, mental case ----- and my 3 little nephews can run circles around me.

    Jeez, man. It's walking, not an ironman. Walk at your own pace. On your own time. Somewhere peaceful. When it's less than 75 degrees.

    Go PLAY with those nephews and don't clock the mileage. Just play. Who cares if they run circles around you.

    Well that would rule out the months of July, August, and September for me.

    But I did walk/run a little over 2 miles today. And I'm still alive. I haven't had my butt off the couch in 2 weeks.
