I really don't think dosing up on a 1000% of rda's in certain nutrients is a good idea. The "more nutrients = better" idea isn't the best theory, nutrition doesn't work like that and it can even be harmful and create imbalances. Especially supplemented beta carotene and vitamin E.

Back away from the supps dude...

    Really.
If you think you need a multi, just a general low level multi will do.

    Then... Eat good food.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

Doesn't matter how well I eat, with all the GM crap and not enough veg & leafs, we're not getting enough nutrients. I seriously feel better on these and whatever the body doesn't need - it gets rid off.

If you don't actually want the opinions of the people here... why ask?

Also... why eat the GM crap?
Eat more organic fruits and veg maybe?
    Seems like logic.

I've been around quite a bit... most places have market places to buy such things.

Or you know... as questions and then say "No. I'm going to keep doing exactly what I'm doing right now."

    Dear Cori,

My question was "which is the most potent", not if I should take them or not... thanks for your concern.

    Dearest Davidil,

    That's exactly what I meant.

I figure with that link you might have a better success rate that sitting around waiting for other people to come up with something on a forum where people tend to eschew the majority of supplements if possible. Or at least mega-dosing.

Who knows... maybe a fellow pill choker will come along and tell you were to send your dollars.
I hear Onnit is overpriced as hell, you could start there.

    Ever Yours,
    Cori

Some of this shit is so overpriced but in the end of the day it's just $1-2 a day... which I can afford.

I personally think not taking supplements is dumb. For $2 a day you're covered all around. There is no way I'm eating the amount of vegs I should, and even if I did, they're not fresh (from the ground, Gork style) and even if they would be fresh, they are GM, and the list goes on and on. A few pills and you're covered.
