I am new to the primal world and have just purchased The Primal Blueprint book. I live in Israel, so it is sometimes difficult to get hold of specific products that aren't imported, but I am hoping that I'll manage. I have been overweight for about 10 years - even though I gave up bread, pasta, and potatoes years ago. I have recently discovered that my sugar level is in the high range (normal but still high) and have decided that I need some type of program to help me bring them down and I am hoping that this will help.

Is there anyplace on the forum that I could see a sample week of food suggestions to get an idea of what is recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Any tips that you could offer a newbie?
