I ate ribeye yesterday but think a filet is my favorite. I usually eat different cuts depending on how much I want to spend. I tend to like the more expensive cuts more.

T-bone or porterhouse. But a good ol' chuck steak, cooked low and slow till it falls apart is always awesome.

If I'm being honest, tenderloin. I know it's cliche and boring, but i like it best. Ribeye is tasty, but I still trim the fat off much of it. It can be too chewy.
