I threw this together after dinner for my husband, who wants something sweet every night.
No specific amounts, just go with your gut.
In a saucepot:
a beaten egg
Beat it all together and add cooked rice. Heat it up and it's done.
If you refrigerate it, it becomes super creamy and cold and ice cream-like. If you like it this way, try adding a few tablespoons of rum to it before heating, it tastes exactly like rum raisin ice cream. Just heat long enough to burn off the alcohol but keep the flavor.
If you prefer it hot, it's an amazing breakfast.
I prefer mine cold.

Eating mainly paleo, but including a bit of white rice (don't call the Paleo Police!)
I'm more accustomed to ghetto pudding- leftover rice, milk or cream, optional sugar/ honey, cinnamon and maybe some nutmeg, with an optional egg. Stir that all up and nuke until hot throughout.
haven't tried it with rum. Must try that next.
