    I just said why chicken and greens were a bad PWO meal. Yes stake and potstoes would be much better, the glucose will shuttle nutrients to the muscles to initiate the repair process and beef is just a superior meat.

    My pwo is whatever i feel like eating. Usually 16oz of chocolate milk mixed with 32g gelatin and a bunch of fruit.

    OMG that literally is my favorite favorite chicken EVER!!! Do not feel guilty or bad about this post work out meal at all! If anything, I am jealous!
