I love kangaroo meat.
Has a strong flavour that many don't like but I do.
I usually put it into a salad to take to work.
Also makes the best biltong.

Not bred or farmed in the traditional sense and easily available in Australian stupermarkets.
How paleo/primal can you get?

Is this just another silly study or does carnitine (through creating trimethylamine N-oxide in the gut) really damage the arteries?

I am not going to stop eating kangaroo because of this but I would like to know.
