Am I missing anything? Day A Day B starting Sunday ending Friday. The way my mind is hard wired I need a daily workout otherwise I lose motivation and drive myself crazy. I need a daily schedule. (Hell it's likely I'll do something on Saturdays as well...) Would this be manageable, or am I going to kill myself trying this out? Am I missing any core piece? I'll be using the Fitness 666 progression(s) for the various excercises and using Gym rings whenever applicable.
