    Quick question about coconut aminos

    Primal Fuel
My family and I are going out to a Chinese restaurant tonight. I just called the restaurant, and they're happy to use any gluten-free soy sauce that I bring (and they would use corn starch instead of wheat-based starch for dishes, but I plan to avoid those as much as possible - if I miss and I get some corn starch, well, 20% rule!). My question is: Would coconut aminos work? I have a bottle of that, but I don't have wheat-free tamari.

    Thanks in advance...

It would work; the flavor is milder so it takes more to flavor things.

The flavor is a little less intensely salty but I really like it.

It tastes a little more like teriyaki sauce to me, but not as salty.
