    Hmm, I never thought about husband eating the placenta. I could be a cannibal! I could walk around for the rest of my life saying I ate a piece of a person. OMG. I have much to consider. We'll need ice in a cooler to bring it home...
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
