    Doing nothing past few days hence why i been trying to read as much as i can to try a lose some weight, but I'm not stressing about it just that i'm not busy this week so been reading a little more.

    But for me its simply a culinary issue. I don't believe one to be inherently better or worse for your health given proper sourcing, storage, and use.
