I don't trust any of the RDAs or many of the doctors anymore. That's not uncommon here as we, and the scientists, learn more. A 20-25 year old can absorb 10,000 iu Vit D in 30 min of naked sunbathing. By 50 the body production and absorbtion, of everything, which has been slowing since the 20's, begins serious slowing. Hence more and more very good supplements are needed.
Most of the soil in the U.S., and Florida is one of the worst, is deficient in Magnesium. Do add that to your list. Most people on this site take an Mg supplement.
