    I prefer pork. I think it tastes heavenly. But every now and then only a steak will do. Also, a roasted chicken is delicious. I eat more chicken and fish than anything else.

    They make beef bacon and beef and and lamb sausage (and goat too!) are easily sourced.

    I know my local farmer's market has beef sausage, but their beef is all grain finished.

    USWellness Meats beef bacon is becoming a staple food around my house. It has a little more meat to it than pork bacon which is fine with me.

    USWM also has some great beef sausages and even hotdogs. All grassfed, no additives, no sugar, no fillers.

    I think I might have tried some of their products at some point or another; I'll check my local "health food" (actual food?) store this upcoming weekend if I can.
